Last week I had the opportunity to attend Q Boston. I call it a conversational conference. I’ve never experienced anything like it and enjoyed the discussion and dialogue on topics that cause tension such as racism, sexuality, and politics. These among others are conversations that are avoided, debated, argued about and in the process no one ever wins.
Gabe Lyons, founder and facilitator of the Q, does a great job of holding to conservative Christian values and a biblical worldview while still valuing and respecting others with sometimes very opposing views by inviting them to the table for meaningful dialogue. It was really insightful and helpful to me.
